Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods (sales, holidays), an additional delay may apply. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Times

  • Belgium: 3 to 5 business days
  • European Union: 7 to 15 business days
  • Outside the EU / Wholesale orders: minimum 15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are indicative only. Sowentia cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and volume of your order.

  • Free shipping in Belgium for orders over €99 (excluding special promotions)
  • Reduced fees for local deliveries in Brussels (via our logistics partner)
  • International fees calculated at current rates based on destination
  • Orders over 20Kg may have separate shipping costs, especially for cosmetics and makeup products

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. This link allows you to track your package in real time via our shipping partner.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to Belgium, across the European Union, and selected non-EU countries. For specific international deliveries (DOM-TOM, Africa, etc.), please contact us prior to ordering to confirm feasibility.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 48h of the expected delivery. Include clear photos if applicable. We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you through the process.

7. Customs and International Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges depending on local laws. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the total order amount.
