Refund policy

At Sowentia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and sealed
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear or damage

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or tested perfumes
  • Worn or adjusted watches
  • Gift cards
  • Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sowentia.com
  • Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card issuer
  • Then contact your bank (processing time may apply)
  • If needed, contact us at contact@sowentia.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the gift was sent by someone else, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and/or insured shipping method, especially for items valued over €75. Sowentia is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
